Other restaurant facilities located in the Beach Club area offer casual fare for swimmers and beach enthusiasts. A complete program of supervised children’s fun and family activities is in full swing from Memorial Day to Labor Day and during the holidays. Also unique to Seabrook Island is its equestrian center, home of the annual Charleston Summer Classic Horse Show, a not-to-be-missed event for all who love equestrian sports.
Bohicket Marina, located just outside the gate to Seabrook Island development, is a superb marina and attractive shopping area on Bohicket Creek. Three hundred slips are available to for all sizes of motor cruisers and sailboats. There are also dry storage facilities for smaller craft. Deep sea fishing is an hour away from Bohicket in the Atlantic gulf stream. Boat rentals and charters for deep sea fishing, crabbing, shrimping, or exploring the miles of ocean creeks are available for your marine pleasures.
