Welcome Center is located next to the famous Holsten Gate. Visitors and guests of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck get all information for their visit in Lübeck and Travemünde. The staff gives recommendations for your stay and also books rooms in one of the hotels and pensions or a private apartments. Certainly you can also buy tickets for the next guided tour through the city, as well as maps and postcards.

January to May, October und November: Monday – Friday 09.30 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday 10.00 - 3.00 p.m., Sunday closed, public holidays 10.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.

June - September: Monday – Friday 09.30 a.m. - 7.00 p.m., Saturday 10.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m., Sunday and public holidays 10.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.
